This was one of my favorite pitch decks due to the enormous amount of colorful graphic elements used. Mental Floss is a really cool magazine and this deck had to compliment their style. I had a lot of fun creating this one.
This was the original development pitch for Brain Surgery Live which ended up airing on NatGeo as a two-hour special hosted by Bryant Gumbel.
This treatment is one of my favorites due to the multiple layers of design elements used on each page. I enjoyed the opportunity to go to the extreme with mass amounts of color and patterns.
This pitch deck helped sell this project to Netflix. Hosted by GZA from the legendary Wu-Tang Clan, this is a great series and creating the original pitch deck for it was tons fo fun.

I’m sure a lot of people would say that the million dollar prize and John Cena’s celebrity are what sold this project to FOX, but I think it was this pitch deck that sealed the deal. We went through countless versions and titles but eventually this development project went on to full series on FOX.

There’s nothing fun about prison. (I’m guessing) But I had a ton of fun creating this production book. This project targets a younger audience and the pitch deck had to reflect that. I started overlaying multiple color patterns on each page to give it a somewhat Swiss Style design. After numerous rewrites and redesigns, this development project was sold to Netflix as a full series.

This development project sold to History Channel after the success of its predecessor Forged in Fire. I really loved creating the hot pink/orange development logo for this project. They didn’t want anything too crazy with images and all so I kept it simple and created the steel plate backgrounds with rivets. That stayed with the male driven audience and feel of the show.

This development project sold to HGTV with the use of this pitch deck and a sizzle reel to sell it. The color scheme of this project really came together in the end. The sizzle reel had a vintage style to it and I did my best to match it with various images and filters. The flat lay photography was a key design element used in the pilot and carried through here in this pitch as well.

I really love the 3D effect I created for the logo on this project.

At the client’s request, this pitch deck uses a super wide screen layout for a more dramatic effect. With tons of information to present this treatment needed a lot of stark space throughout to allow the impact of the images to carry past the overwhelming amount of text.

These were early development renditions of logo options for Forged In Fire.
This was a pitch deck created for a development project that ended up airing in National Geographic. This was an interesting story about an original Billy The Kid tintype photograph that was discovered by accident and sold for millions.
